Keystone Class of 2025 Celebrates Outstanding IB Diploma Results
Keystone Academy celebrates outstanding IB Diploma Programme (DP) results of its eighth graduating cohort, the Keystone Class of 2025. This year, 100 out of 101 students achieved the full IB Diploma—an exceptional accomplishment. All 101 students attempted the diploma out of a class of 104.
Among these, 95 students earned the prestigious bilingual diploma, further highlighting the global-mindedness and academic strength of Keystone graduates. Notably, more than 50% of our students achieved grades of A or B in their core components of Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and the Extended Essay (EE). Their CAS portfolios were equally remarkable, showcasing a true journey of self-exploration through the diverse experiences undertaken across the Diploma Programme.
In addition, 62% of our students achieved 35 points or higher in their overall results, a truly staggering achievement that speaks volumes about their commitment and capability. The average points obtained by Keystone Diploma candidates was 36, a result that is significantly higher than the global average, once again reflecting the commitment of both students and teachers to academic excellence. Two members of the graduating cohort achieved the maximum score of 45 points this year, continuing what has become a remarkable trend at Keystone.
“What makes these results particularly impressive is that they have been achieved during a year of growth in student numbers, proving the resilience, dedication, and high standards of our community,” Keystone IBDP Coordinator Baldeep Sawhney said.
As Head of High School, Nick Daniel, explained: “At Keystone we devote considerable time and attention to adding value above and beyond the IB Diploma, for example with the Character and Community Exhibition in Grade 12. To achieve excellent results in the highly demanding IB programme, while also achieving excellence in these other areas, is something to be doubly proud of.”
Mr. Sawhney adds: “Beyond the statistics and academic milestones, what truly defines the success of the Class of 2025 is their leadership, character, and embodiment of Keystone’s shared values. They are not only scholars of distinction but also role models who contribute meaningfully to our school and society.”
As the Keystone Class of 2025 prepares to embark on the next stage of their journeys, the Keystone community is confident that they will continue to demonstrate their educational excellence and strong values, carrying the Keystone spirit with them wherever they go.
