MYP Mathematics Explorer Summer Camp
Welcome to a Five-Day MYP Math Exploration.This program is built for two types of students: incoming MYP newcomers and current MYP students who need to dig deeper into how math works here. Wherever you're starting, we'll help you find your footing through engaging, hands-on learning. We systematically unpack the four MYP math assessment criteria, blending academic vocabulary building, rubric deep-dives, practical activities, and peer feedback—rebuilding your confidence and core skills through real-world contexts. Daily gamified review and software-assisted exercises keep energy high, but the heart of each session remains paper-based problem solving, collaborative teamwork, and reflective evaluation, ensuring you rediscover both mastery and joy in math through writing things out and bouncing ideas off others.
This isn't just content preview or gap-filling—it's a full rehearsal for how MYP learning actually works. You'll experience (or re-experience) inquiry-based classrooms, project-style assessments, and global contexts firsthand.
