Communication Skills
Being a discerning reader and an effective communicator are most useful skills. Such skillset can be nurtured, developed and improved to ensure academic success and personal well-being. For 10 days, students will have the chance to learn how to “read” (written & visual texts), identify details that promote understanding, deconstruct texts, “read between the lines” and make inferences. They will also learn to write with a clear purpose, select appropriate tools to reach out to an audience and produce interesting pieces, both cohesive and creative. Above all, students will immerse themselves in a few days of English Language studies in order to gain confidence and experience in using the language more effectively.
