Viva La KeyFes 2026: This Sunday, the Millennium Playground Awaits
The countdown is on! This Sunday, September 20, the Keystone campus transforms into a Millennium Playground for Viva La KeyFes 2026.
From market stalls and live performances to student-created games, art installations, workshops, bouncy castles and plenty of surprises, there’s something waiting around every corner. And yes – Millennium-inspired outfits and accessories are encouraged!
Whether you remember the Millennium era firsthand or only know it through stories, images and imagination, there will be something to discover.
A Playground Built by Our Community
Viva La KeyFes is a celebration shaped by the creativity of our community — and especially by our students.
This year, students have taken on roles as designers, planners, creators and performers, bringing their ideas to everything from visual design and game experiences to art installations and event programming.
And there is plenty to look forward to:
2 main stages
20 performance groups
79 market stalls
4 brand-new bouncy castles
3 special guest flash mob performances
2 student art installations
1 mobile merry-go-round
2 limited-enrollment student workshops
1 adventure game running throughout the festival
3 types of student-developed official merchandise
Bring Your Millennium Energy
Think MP3 players, early internet adventures, film cameras, classic anime, futuristic technology, Y2K nostalgia and all the wonderfully optimistic ideas people once had about the future.
Wear or bring a Millennium-inspired outfit or accessory. There’s no pressure and no perfect way to do it – just have fun, get creative, and go bold or retro.
Before You Head Out
No registration is required. Viva La KeyFes is open to all Keystone community members.
We recommend bringing a picnic blanket so you can settle in and enjoy the performances around campus.
